Your profile:

• Strong written language skills in French and English
• Availability for a full-time schedule, shifts between 11:00 – 20:00, Monday – Sunday, 5 days/ week
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple concurrent chats
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Navigate quickly through product and workflows while actively supporting users via chat
• Passionate about helping people in need
• Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
• Strong team spirit with passion and drive to help users and deliver the best in customer service.

As a Live Chat Support Ambassador, you will:

• Provide top-notch support to our valued customers through chat, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
• Tackle challenges head-on with your sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail, delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
