We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, positive & motivated person for the role of Customer Care Advisor to join the Online Team!
Necessary conditions for applying to this position are:
– Minimum 1 year experience as Beauty Advisor or Specialist position in Sephora;
– Customer service oriented;
– Product knowledge;
– Quality focus and problem solving;
– Oral and written communication;
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Your daily job will require to:
– Answer to all customer inquiries relating to online orders (order adjustments, delivery status, product information, complaints, returns);
– Deliver and implement a solution for complains and special cases for online service;
– Educate the customer on product usage/purchase if needed;
– Collaborate with various teams internally and externally, work in common to resolve customer issues.
