Availability for a full-time schedule, in shifts covering 10:00 – 00:00, Monday – Sunday, 5 days/ week

As a Customer Agent for Airbnb:
You will provide support for complex situations that are happening while a reservation is active.
You will use your negotiation skills and make the best decision in a short time, delivering the outcome with soft skills.
You will use critical thinking and a high level mediation skills.
