We are hiring for an amazing, “out of the box” experience: join us as a Content Moderator with French & English! You will be working in a new team serving our global client, a world-leading social media platform that allows users to create and browse videos.

What we expect:

-Advanced written level of French(C1) , medium level in English(B1)

-Experience with French culture and slang will be considered a plus

-Experience within data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus

-Availability to work full-time rotating shifts, 08:00 – 22:00, Monday -Sunday

–Work from home, anywhere in Romania

Your daily responsibilities as a Content Moderator will include:

-Reviewing videos and judging videos/ accounts in accordance with the client’s processes, policies and guidelines

-Responding to the client’s inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals

-Liaising with the client’s internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production

-Provide accuracy reports on a regular basis
