The candidate that we are looking for has:

• Fluency in English
• Advanced skills in Excel
• University degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role (regardless of industry, BPO would be an advantage though)
• Good knowledge of the Romanian accounting and tax legislation
• Advanced analytical and communication skills

• Organized and reliable person, willing to learn fast
• Team player and flexible personality

On this role you will:​

• Petty cash transactions, payments, reimbursements, cash salaries & salaries advances, daily petty cash register preparation and reconciliation with Workday
• Checking employees documents for cash advances justification;
• Posting expense reports, ensuring control and strict evidence on advances to employees and salary advances
• Bank statements postings of payments and receivables; weekly receivable report updates
• Payroll confirmations for cash salaries advances, business travels, taxable incentive reports
• Checking all the Workday spend authorizations to be correct created, to be paid in time and afterwards to have the corresponding expense reports
• Providing help to the employees to prepare the expense reports and spend authorizations
• Employees business debit cards payments reports
• Clear and check GL accounts (542,531, 462, 499)
• Monthly sales Journals checks for VAT and SAF-T statements
• SAF-T monthly statements – templates preparations
• Statistical reporting to local authorities BNR, INS
• Participation to Annual Audit process;
• Printing and archiving expense reports, daily petty cash register documents, invoices, contracts and other documents; fi.ro email check : printing documents, queries email answers
• The role reports directly to the Chief Accountant
